Some of the very best albums released at the height of the quadraphonic LP format war have never seen an incarnation as SACD discrete surround discs.

This release of the two Rheinberger Organ Concerti, with E Power Biggs, restores a brilliant recording of the Möller Organ at St. George\'s Church in New York City, which has divisions spread around the sanctuary, in surround, with the orchestra up front.

The sound and the restoration are beautiful, as are the building\'s acoustics, reproduced on this disc. I still have my copy of the old LP, but having Biggs\' pioneering recording of these lovely concerti is a wonderful treat. The registrations on the organ bounce around the room, as the divisions surround the congregation, with some of the larger pipes in the rear.

Thank you, so much, for restoring this exciting disc to the catalogue, since SONY had completely ignored it, as they have with Biggs\' \"Music for Organ, Brass and Percussion\", recorded at the same venue, with the same conductor. Any chance you might restore that one?

I LOVE THIS DISC!!! Encore, please!!!
