It is with great sadness that we learnt of the death of the truely talented entertainer Edmundo Ros. He was well known to us at Vocalion, showing a keen interest in our releases of his early 78 recordings and his Decca LP catalogue.

It is with shock and sadness that we report another death in the Vocalion catalogue's family of musicians. Michael Garrick was indeed a familiar face to us here in Watford and a joy to co-operate with in the re-issue of his many well crafted Decca/Argo LPs from the sixties and seventies In December 2006 we even recorded him along with his troupe of talented contemporary musicians for a DVD at Pizza on the Park, London.
