Thomas DunhillQUINTETS

Thomas Dunhill

The performances are excellent, spontaneous, committed and always at home in the locality of the writing. Excellent recording, too. If you love music that breathes the English countryside, you will find it in Dunhill's chamber music; the Endymion players create just this evocation.

A gorgeous revelation

- 03/28/2018

Still my favourite recording in the catalogue after all these not miss it. Brilliant music with an attractive lyricism. Pastoral but with a lovely wisp of autumn shading and hidden wisps of mystery.
